Biography

Randy Schussler is currently general manager of Zyvex Instruments, LLC, a Dallas, Texas-based nanotechnology company whose products are used by large chipmakers to understand why devices fail and to improve manufacturing processes. Prior to joining Zyvex in May of 2007, he served as vice president of strategic accounts at Flextronics International.

From 2000–2004, Schussler was vice president of operations at telecom startup Xtera Communications, and from 1997–2000, he was with 3dfx/STB Systems, where he drove manufacturing operations in the U.S., Mexico, and China. Schussler has also had significant impact growing revenue and profitability in a variety of business units at Reliance Com/Tec, DSC, and Texas Instruments. He attributes his successes in these ventures to a strong foundation in product management, project management, supply chain management, and engineering.
